Hey, is that spittle coming of the Rancor's mouth? Cool! The Mos Eisley bookends rock! Yes, it is spittle. It's plastic so have to be careful else I might end up with "broken" spittle on my Rancor. Here's a close up view:

The first item for my next project just arrived in the mail: SgtFang's Boba Fett Mystery Helmet The ear greeblies and rangefinder, nicely molded: BKBT aluminum range finder stalk: This lid is constructed from resin and is true to the size of the movie helmet, unlike the Don Post lids (both Deluxe and regular editions). Its very study and light and would be great for trooping. All I need is a welder's visor lense and I'm done. Can't wait to start on this baby... I might just post a progress thread! Glad to know that your Mandalorrian Bounty Hunter's Helmet, Range Finder and Greeblies have reached you safely. Looking forward to see your progress thread that will be posted in the Star Wars Costumes, Props and Replica section, "BH" 2320

Latest SW-related purchase: Sculpting A Galaxy: Inside the Star Wars Model Shop (regular version) from Amazon.com. Couldn't find it here not even in Kinokuniya.

Not exactly my 'latest' bounty, but its sort of finally finished...sort of...
Got a bunch of Luke ROTJ V.2 sabers made for a group buy over at rebelscum forum last year:
Here's the raw, unpolished version:
Here's the 'polished to a chrome-like highly reflective finish' version:
And finally, the weathered version:

Wow master Plo , those sabers are absolutely beautiful, but for me I like the chrome polished ones.

I like the chrome version too but then, I would have to worry a lot about fingerprints. Even if I wore gloves, it would be those without fingerless ones.

That's what the display cabinet/acrylic cover is for

C'mon, dude... you can't deny the fact that sometimes you will take it out of the display case and swing it around while making up your own sound effects!

The only time I take it out is to use it to whack the heads of people who ask "Is it real ah? Got light come out ah?" ;D
And then after they pengsan from being whacked I wipe clean the fingerprints on their shirt and put it back.
