hey thx for taking the picture on 27th of october hahahi was the scary guy with the mask with the pirate chain aroung my neck and spider webs with the spider ontop of my hat ... Adiiliya, thanks for coming forward to identify and introduce yourself as that freaky white faced costumer with that sarang labah-labah on your head ...and i should with the best coustumes cous the zombie isnt so cool hahahaha i dint partisipated int he contest besous i was alone hahah it would be fun if i win it thanks again for taking the pics Aren't you being a typical Sore LOSER here for criticizing the zombie pilot who WON the best dressed male in the costume contest?
you admitted that you did NOT participate 'coz you "was alone", but on the other hand CRITICIZED the winner's costume as "isn't so cool". So what's the point of being envious of the winner after the judges have decided who the winners were when you had the opportunity to take part and stand a FAIR chance to win a prize? but which you did NOT. I just hate it when this kind of immature behaviour occurs... One should probably not criticize another for someone else's actions. I'd say the zombie won the competition fair and square (because he DID enter the competition). At least you did win something, didn't you, adiiliya?
IMHO, criticising another costumer's costume in such fashion is just plain dishonourable. I'm sure everybody spent a substantial amount of time and/or financial resources to complete their costumes. It's just not fair to say that their costume "isn't so cool". Try to be more matured, professional and constructive in giving comments.
I made my first costume back in '91 - 10 years before cosplay was even introduced in Malaysia - and I've had my share of bad comments... I know how it feels when your work gets criticized like that... I seriously hope that this kind of behaviour could be controlled. It's just not productive for costumers/cosplayers to do so.

very upset lah...v.v Anyway, he deserve those critics super tajam and hope that he will be more open minded on his surroundings and peoples than try to take all of the fame... and no one is losing anything, right? Juz respect others lor...If not people hate you lerh...
*wave scyth* ho ho ho~ whatever it is...I am still the cool-bishie-play2 Death didn't get anything also still smile2, woo-ing2, hi2, bye2 others what lol *kena lempang* chillax~
oh ya, heroking...I wanna ask on how'd you make a very nice scyth handle there...can you teach me, please? I like the texture of it...it looks tough and hard...I did my weapon (Devil May Cry Rebellion sword used by Dante the Son of Sparda) last time only use paper clay, one day everything cracked in pieces (only the handle part, not the blade ^.^)...can share some tips later please?

Hmmm...adiiliya, before one criticize others, one should look at what oneself have achieved. There are many masters here who has all the right and authority to comment on other people's costumes, but they don't, because we're all here to learn, and to help those who are less knowledgeable or capable.
Your costume is nice, but definitely not THE BEST at the party. So even if you joined the competition (which you didn't), you probably won't win either. And a large part of costuming/cosplaying is getting into character. You can have the best costume in the world but if you don't know how to get into character, you'll look stupid instead of looking cool.
And everybody, sabarlah. We should give adiiliya another chance, even though he's behaved immaturely. Lets not shut him out for one little error. Everybody makes mistakes.

kesian, the new guy just entered scifi and then kena firing squad already, hehe.
haha, its about time sumone noticed my scythe. sure i can give u sum pointers, since im a low level prop maker that uses the most CHEAPEST things to make wat i want. well to get the textures on the stick u will need string. u know those ball of string that u can get in artshops, they come in diff sizes. then use uhu glue and glue a trail spiralling around ur stick. then stick ur string following the trail however u want. no need to worry bout pattern or consistency. next the most important secret recipe is 'paper tape'. dunno wats it really called, but to me its a roll of brown paper tape that requires water to stick. so u strip a comfortable length, smear water on the tape, spiral round the stick, and then grasp it to its surface. and again, no need consistency, texture will appear like magic. the good thing bout paper tape is that after a couple of layers and few hrs of drying, it can make anything solid. u dun believe me? wrap a toilet roll with 2 layers of paper tape dry a few hrs and throw it on ur frends head. ur frend is definately gonna feel it.
