I'm planning on making a Darth Nihilus costume.
Does anyone have any good reference sites and pics for his mask and lightsaber?
I plan on modifiying my Force FX Darth Vader lightsaber into Nihilus's saber. Probably will make the new hilt out of plastic and cut a hole for the on-off switch on the Vader saber after I slide it into the new hilt.
For the mask,I plan on making it out of fibreglass or a hockey mask by cutting it into the mask's shape.
For the costume,I cant seem to find any high quality reference pics of Nihilus's inner suit that's under his cloak.
I hope you guys will support me in making this!
Thanks a lot!

Much thanks for the much needed info!
I'll start work on the costume as soon as I've done my research on all the materials needed.
EDIT : Alright,I've been reading up on the info from Flagship Enterprise.
The only problem I have at the moment is the mask..how do I make it? A lot of the Nihilus masks are made from resin/silicone rubber, but I dont know whether Malaysia has any places that can make it. Any ideas on how and where I can make the mask?
I'll be making the KOTOR II version of Nihilus,so his robe and cape doesnt have tatters. For the inner robe,I'll probably buy medium weight black satin. For the cape,I will try to get the lightest possible fabric for it so it doesnt drag the costume backwards.

Much thanks for the much needed info! You're welcome nihilusgs. I believe that these visual aid is more effective compared to describing Darth Nihilus' costume to you verbally when we last met at MySciFiFan Outpost. I doubt that the info would have registered as you were rushing for the 2100 Transformers movie and I was very preoccupied in putting the finishing touches to Lord Wudious 501st Legion qualifying Imperial Navy Officer costume.Check the section that is dedicated to Darth Nihilus in the FLAGSHIP ECLIPSE forum and this will SPEED UP the commencement and completion of your Darth Nihilus costume project. There are 2 ways you get the Darth Nihilus mask done for your costume project :
1. From www.ebay.com as these do turn from time to time like the hard parts for the Darth Revan costume. As a matter of fact there is ONE such Star Wars KOTOR II Darth Nihilus Costume/ Prop Mask being listed in eBay right now.
2. Make the mask on your own using either Paper Mache or Paper Clay. All you need is to get your Facial Measurements RIGHT and I believe the pictures that I've posted of SL 8975's Darth Nihilus mask will give you a real life image to guide you.I see. I suppose you are referring to this KOTOR II version of Darth Nihilus worn by this US based STAR WARS costumer here :

Yeah, that's the one. The KOTOR II version has no frayed cape edges. Since you play the KOTOR video games, what is the CAUSE of the CHANGE in the frayed cape edges to the newer cape edges minus the fray in KOTOR II? Please share further.
You can check out the Darth Nihilus mask listed in eBay and if you don't agree with the price, you can MAKE your own as I've provided the suggested method.
