I'll try very hard to look sympathetic whenever a mournful noise come out of the wardrobe begging, "Would someone please, please get me out of here?!" Wah you're so mean...I like...he he he
I have the perfect candidade....our trusty support person cum photographer...he he he...Actually would be good if someone can somehow find a somewhat regal lion costume. Ability to strut and look majestic is a must. Then ability to bear with younglings squealing and rushing in to take piccies with the 'adorable' lion without snapping ala Anakin. Don't forget have to allow kiddies to ride the lion for piccies without complaining...again the right candidate goes to our trusty support person cum photographer...he he he...
I can just see it now: "Go change into the wardrobe and walk around."
"Ok now go carry all our stuff (including the wardrobe) to the other end of the complex."
"Now change into the Lion suit and let kiddies ride on you for piccies."
"Hey why are you not taking photos of us?!"
Poor thing...he he he...just kidding ah our trusty support person cum photographer...he he he...don't get mad ah... ;D

POOR vkkf1977!! He either get stuffed in a wardrobe or squished by overzealous kids. Poor chap! HEHEHE! Maybe we could let him have a 20 seconds head start before we let the kids loose. First one that managed to jump on top of him, wins! I bet you never thought a (costumed) lion can break the world's 200m sprint record like that! Hehehe, nah, we need to be extra nice to him... armoured folks can't exactly reach out for their cells to call for emergency crane service. If one of us plonk down to the ground in heat exhaustion... we do need LOTS of manpower to haul us back up to our feet again! Another good costume that I have been salivating about is that of a centaur. I don't have the right height, so maybe one of you gentlemen would be game... really cool cuirass, sword and helmet. One significant challenge... that person needs to have a horse butt. Or a really forgiving helper acting as the butt. Not the easiest costume to make but if done well, my word... everyone WILL be obsessed and talking about the centaur for ages! Another armour-clad race that got me really excited, the minotaur. Needs a really strong guy to execute this... and the head.... man, we need to go bison hunting in North America before we can get a head THAT big. Our local bulls are waaaaay too scrawny. I got goosebumps when I saw how an actor was roaring and stomping his feet as a minotaur in one of the Narnia trailers. FEROCIOUS! *awestruck*

good lord!! i am getting squashed from ALL sides, left right & center! ;D no offense taken... in fact, i was laughing my head off as i tried to imagine me running a 100m sprint (like i could since i proly have to on all 4's otherwise i wouldn't be authentic!) hahahaha...
if the wardrobe was made of cupboard like what derek did for his ISD, then it may just work out... lion, no thanx. i'll proly be roaring me head off then be running for me hide since the parents will be after me instead! ;D

Minatour have those backward-bending knees right? Can't imagine anyone getting into a costume like that...maybe only the top part is a costume...

Oh, it is definately an actor for that one minotaur scene. Fauns are the wretched beings with the goat's feet. But I heard that the Narnia production team only film the actor from the waist up and replace the hairy, awful crooked legs with CGI. Cheats! *grins* I wanted to see how they did it with real human beings so badly!!

Because he seems to be everywhere at once with his trusty camera and can magically vanish and reappear at will? One of the qualities of Aslan, the wild Lion. Well, technically Aslan doesn't have a camera... but you have an idea what I meant. But honestly, whoever can come as those characters (okay, a walking, talking wardrobe isn't very feasible... and impossible to fit into standard cinema chairs... but if you are game... nothing is impossible), please do!

i didn't know i had the ability to magically ;D well, definately attempting to sit down in a wardrobe is definately out of the question! was telling peter yesterday that creating a static wardrobe maybe an easier/simpler choice... but am sure, the cinema's will definately have "it"...
