Vampiressmel,
Since you haven't a CLUE on HOW to start your intro thread, I'm doing you a favour here.
I've transplated what you have posted from Jaden Lee's Hello Everybody thread to here to minimize further confusion :
uh, hihi, i'm new here... hell, i'm kinda confused around here, haha... but oh well... i luv star wars, star trek, luuuvvvs harry potter, but da third's onwards is not very nice is it??? matrix, almost all dez kinda movies in cinema and TV...
Will APPRECIATE it that you use the Queen's English here to maintain the High Standards of this forum.
Thank you.

Hi Vampiressmel, welcome.
Yeah don't worry about being confused, every new forum takes a while to get used to.
BTW How did you come to know about MySciFiFan?
Do tell us a bit more about yourself in the other threads like POLL: Where are you located?, An Age Survey, A Job Survey

Heyla! Glad to have you with us. Would definately love it if you could dress up with us one of these days and stomp around our various playgrounds. If you don't feel like dressing up, well the stomping alone will do nicely! ;D Heh... do any of us here really use Queen's English? I reckon it is more like a jumble of different types of English from different parts of the world these days. As long as I don't have to strain mightily trying to understand it... (us dwarves are old and resistant to most changes )... it is cool.

Ah well... no need to worry to much! The only time i ever used the Queen's english is when i'm writing proposals or sending stiff neck emails out in my office... bloody freaking @%#@%$!!! (whoooops! you didn't read thaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!) Ok, mayb not tooo simplistic like sms's, k? Or otherwise, dear old dwarfie here will be going, "off with 'er 'ead!!!"
