Looking good... yet one really needs to be standing next to it to appreciate the SIZE of the ISD!!! Suggest hang some of the mini-Lego starfighters around it... X-Wing, TIE, etc. Datazak => might you have a UCS Death Star II for an ISD to orbit around?

Wheeew! That is one big baby alright!! How many hours did you put into building her?? Around 10 - 11 hours. BTW, nice Guybrush Threepwood avatar. You don't see many of those nowadays. Now that its done, get the spray paint out and get it weathered.
After that, knock it about a bit and get it 'battle damaged'! ;D Perhaps... when and if, I get another one in the distant future... For now, this one remains... unharmed. hehe ;D

Wow... that is some intensive building. But in the end she is a real beaut. So... what is your next Lego project after this? Going to make a diorama out of it too? *grins* Aha! It is good to know somebody else knows the pleasure of MI! Haven't been able to play it for donkey years since changing my comps.

A diorama eh... hmm... sounds interesting. However, I won't be doing any lego projects for the time being. However, chances are the next one will probably be a Death Star 2 set.
BTW, Fishyahoo... Is the Death Star 2 set really a UCS? Because they didn't classified it as a UCS in the main lego website.

There should be a link to the Death Star review on the top of the page

Datazak => might you have a UCS Death Star II for an ISD to orbit around? Not yet. Haven't decided whether to get the DS II or not. It's basically just a big ball after all .
Besides, I think the DS will probably not be to scale with the ISD. In fact, the DS II set comes with a mini Executor. Click on the link in my post above. Check out the DS II review there.

Retailers opening for pre-orders of DSII ... hmm...

Looks like Lego has released six new Lego Star Wars sets in conjunction with the 30 years anniversary of Star Wars. This is the link to the main Lego Star Wars site featuring the all new six sets. The first six sets are the new ones. starwars.lego.com/en-US/products/7659.aspxSet 7654 Droids Battle Pack (4 battle droid, 3 super battle droid, 1 droid carrier and 1 STAP) Set 7655 Clone Troopers Battle Pack (1 shocktrooper, 1 star corps trooper, 2 clonetroopers, 1 speeder and 1 turret) Set 7656 General Grievous Starfighter (1 General Grievous and 1 Grievous Starfighter) Set 7657 AT-ST (Finally after so long, 1 AT-ST and 1 AT-ST pilot with helmet) Set 7658 Y-Wing Fighter (A newer version, 1 Y-Wing, 1 Rebel Pilot and 1 red Astromech droid) Set 7659 Imperial Landing Craft (Basically 2 sandtrooper, 2 stormtrooper, 1 Imperial Pilot and a Sentinal class landing craft) Let's hope some of these makes it to our local stores. Now, if only over here it was THAT cheap! Jusco is selling that small ISD for RM759... Been @ their shelves since dec last year... Even with 10% off, it ain't enough to make me REALLY consider...
