..here was some of my collection back then:
So far i have 11 QD clone troopers, a few clone pilots and clone commanders, 4 red royal guards, 1 deluxe anakin-to-vader,1 AT-RT....
kakitidur a question I have for you
Are those ROTS Clonetroopers in your picture EASILY AVAILABLE at regular retail outlets in the UK? Are they very common and stocks replenishes very quickly?
I suspect they were. But by the time i got to the troopers, they were already in the final stages of clearing the waves, so i was only able to snatched 11. (was planning to make 2-3 clone squads initially)
I have seen too many clone commanders and pilots. Pilots warm the shelves a bit longer than commanders. But both of them do get sold out and replenished quickly. Deluxe Jet packed clone troopers (about 7 of them) all gone in one day in one of the store i visited.
I don't know about the current scene now as i haven't visit my local retail stores for almost 2 weeks. (pohkai issue)
My ROTS Jedi gals (updated pic with Stass Allie, too bad didn't come with lightsaber):
Figuring as no one has directly responded to by queries on opening the new ROTS 3.75in packaging, I might well be the only person in Malaysia with an opened Clone Trooper ... this surprisingly welll articulated Clone #6 has really stirred my interest to start collecting Clones... argh
This figure really exceeded my expectations of the 3.75in range with 13 points of articulation including a 'quick-draw' action (right arm comes up when squeezing feet); note Clone #41 has 14 points of articulation. It comes with a long-barrel rifle and blaster as well as exchangable shoulder armour (denoting rank/division/other?). Certainly looks MUCH better outside packaging that the 'saluting' pose as packaged (kakitidur's pics). From the above pics you might not even realise it's a 3.75in figure!
Now if only I could find a bunch of these in bargain bins...
I replied to your aesthetics of ROTS post before. About how to open up the figure and still preserving the condition of the card. Maybe i misunderstood what you asked before.
Anyways, yes I am planning to open up my troopers but only after i find the rest of the troopers here.heheh.
Yes, I did note your reply. My above post meant no other person in Malaysia replied. Anyway, I have since discovered a few other collectors here in Malaysia freeing Clones from their packaging and displaying them as they should. Check out this guy's pics: www.wolf-x.com/gallery/clones

the gunship is hugely big and armed to the teeth, very large wingspan but kind of look anorexic to me because it's just one hunk of a big frame.
Yes its rather huge. But what surprised me was that the ARC-170 is almost as big, considering the ARC-170 is only a 3-crew ship.
The ROTS Gunship Its exactly the same as the AOTC gunship, just painted differently. Couldn't tell if there're any marked differences between the two when I compared the pics on their respective boxes displayed in a toyshop...
I have 2 pilots, 2 commanders and 4 troopers to decorate my gunship with, and more on the way........yeeeeaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!
