Ooooo kay.... now, any 1 step, touch and go type? Rubber masks maybe? Or ready made similar-but-not-100%-accurate type? I'll probably end up wearing it to any SW gatherings or just posing in my room... LOL...

Costume base are selling 1:1 clone trooper and vader helmets. dont know if they are 501 worthy or not. they also have chest box for x-wing pilots but not so accurate and either the pic is distorted or the box look kinda flat.

With Costumebase, you get what you pay for. Don't expect great workmanship, most of their offerings usually cater for the budget conscious costumers and almost 90% of the time are nowehere near screen-accurate. With some modification, they'll probably get you admitted into the 501st.
The Clone and Vader helmets they're offering are MR recasts. If you're planning a Vader, know that Costumebase's Vader is the (lousy) symmetrical Episode III version, not the badass one(s) from the original trilogy.

Costume base are selling 1:1 clone trooper and vader helmets. dont know if they are 501 worthy or not. Don't mean to sound discouraging, but even IF they are 501 worthy, or can be made 501 worthy, what about the rest of the costume?
Last I heard even a rather low quality recast set of Clone Trooper armor (minus the helmet) goes for around RM2k.
And you can forget about a quick and easy way of putting together a Vader costume, even if you have the helmet.
