You can get a full Clone Trooper ( aka Armor Parts and Kelloge[?] Helmet only) for USD400 I think. Built up and Paint up from there.

OK, it looks like "Sintra" is a soft plastic, so afraid when too warm/hot (eg.outdoors) may deform/roll up...besides, it usually doesn't look that cool (surface is not even, looks soft, unless maybe it's sprayed with something glossy etc.)... so for the serious/accurate costumers, this seems out (unless want a cheap version)... Cheers.

Ugh! Of full armor, go for ABS IMHO.
Sintra can be shaped by putting it into Boiling Water tho' still need Dremel Tool to cut and seriously I only heard people using it to make parts of their costumes like Zam Helmet or Vambraces or Leia Metal Bikini etc etc.

I see... I asked one of the seller and s/he said that Sintra is hard but if used enough force can be bent/deformed but usually won't. Reason I'm asking: Cheaper!!! (than compared to 0.090, 0.093" ABS etc.)
