Calling all Boba/Jango Fett helmet owners out there!! I'm planning to get one, wonder what's the quality/brand like out there? Basically I see two types on market: one rotocast vinyl (about US$24) and Rubies "Collector's Helmet" (around US$70). What are the differences, is the US$24 one good enough and big enough to fit one's head? (Of course got no fan, padding etc. yet...) thanks!

If JANGO FETT helmet you seek, there might still be one at the Dream Hut at Jaya Shopping Center, Section 14. This helmet comes in 2 pieces - a front and back piece.

I have a Deluxe Don Post Boba Fett helmet, but its warped due to being in storage too long...I plan to reshape it with a hot air gun...
Is the Don POst Deluxe going for only US$24 now? Or is that another Boba Fett Helmet? Don't remember how much I paid for mine as it was a long long time ago...
There's a guy in Seramban making high quality fibreglass Boba Fett helmet, but his price is quite steep...

just a small advise.
STAY CLEAR OF RUBIES OR THOSE TWO PIECE JANGOS
Either u get a Movie Sized JAngo, or get a more affordable (but supseptable to warping at high heat) Don Post.
Dps come in 95, 96 and 97. SOme how, the 95 is more durable (to heat). 96 has a wierd shape. 97 is a bit of both. But the cheapest.

Is there a way to determine if a particular Don Post Boba Helmet is from 95, 96 or 97? I bought one without the box and don't know which year its made in...

95's have a white interior, is generally bigger of the 3 series. it also has a better 'flare' at the mandibles if i am not wrong.
96 and 97 are green (vinyl) interiors...i remmeber the 97s are a bit darker...besides that there is always the 'lucas films' seal at the back (left) side....which will state the year....hope it helps..
