JadenLee, what you see is actually RedRoyalGuard's WIP and mock up version of the ROTJ version Black Uniform Imperial Crewman. He will need to effect further modifications in order to MEET the 501st LEGION's Qualifying Standards which is shown in this pic below :
Is it just me or I can already do this Costume with my TIE Pilot Jumpsuit? Just burn some cash and get the not-too-accurate Hat from Pan-In-The-Box/Costume Bay here in Singapore while I save up to get it specially made by Kvan ( if she still make it that is! ). Okay, maybe also extend my current boots. Anyhow JadenLee, 501st and now Rebel Legion must make sure the costumes registered with them is of certain level of accuracy. One reason is of course cause many 501st Legion members are call up to represent "Star Wars" for many official events so must look as accurate as possible and in a way also indirect representative of LFL. Personally, I do support this high standard to certain extend ( boots is an issue for me as I have FAT FAT Calf so no way I can wear standard Riding Boots unless I slit the back or have it customed made). Seriously, I do some times feel sour why many, many years ago, my IRG wasn't approved tho' it looked relatively accurate while others who just did the Cloak as "2-Times-Wearer-Height with a Hole Cut for the head" get approved ( or worse, the ones without any Armor get approve!). Then again, maybe that lady DID had her PC wiped out so lost my applications and forget about me.

The Black colored tunic Imperial Crewmen from ROTJ can be considered as TIE Fighter Pilots sans their Helmets and Torso helmets. Just take a good look at these 2 screen caps here :
Notice the TIE Fighter Pilot's Commpad on the left sleeve?
Yes, you'll definitely need to extend your current boots - the answer is obvious in the picture above. ;D
With regards to the cap, I'm not sure how much modifications is required if you acquire the Black Imperial Officer's Cap from CostumeBase, Singapore.

Hehehehe I've also discovered a NEW function for the Imperial Crewman. They also provide IMPERIAL JANITORIAL SERVICES as indicated in this Avatar image,
of IC 9577 from the 501st Carolina Garrison. ;D
