Just saw the advertising trailer on TV. Its unlike any other ST movie trailer I've seen. Very intense, very raw.
Its like a mix of BSG/Riddick/Star Wras/Jumper, with a little bit of Star Trek ;D
I hope the actual movie is as intense as the trailer...

YES IT IS mate!! I've seen it 3 times already  Justice is served  And I believe it will be Boldly going where no Star Trek movie has gone before.... be a MONSTER SUMMER BLOCKBUSTER at the box office hehe |

JJ Abrams more or less managed to keep the Trekkers happy and also bring in more conver....er, new fans. For now, I WILL definitely like Kirk and Spock now.
Seen it once (on the Premiere but not the subsequent friend outings) and I really loved it. In fact, I loved it so much, I really need to get the DVDs. Now. I mean NOW. NOW!

Great articles! You guys are so lucky to have intelligent and impartial journalists/editors there who documents instead of twisting interviews into their own 'take' of it.
