It's "screen accurate", Seven-of-Nine did wear a Starfleet Uniform (science, ensign) once in a ST:VOY episode to infiltrate Starfleet in the past, remember? ... in fact, her eye piece and hand implants were removed when she wear the starfleet uniform.

Anyway, thanks for the nice pic above ... don't be surprise one day our local diva beam in with this body-tight catsuit ... pretty soon ...

True Dr EMH, but to the general public , normal Star Trek fan and Jeri Ryan fanboys like me, the image of the ICONIC Lt metallic grey body hugging catsuit comes to mind and not the Starfleet uniform when we think of Seven-of-Nine. ;D
