But the Ep1 one was very ex, rite cause it's more "solid"? I only owned the OT ones, both the Collector's Edition & Trilogy Edition gotten back in 1997-98 when they go for SGD19.95 at the local TRU ( ya, the days when my Junior Collage is only a walk away from a TRU Outlet so can grab sales items the moment they go on the shelf). Think will give this a miss as going for more "wearable" toys.

I just bought the Star Wars saga edition of Monopoly ;D. It costs me a bomb to buy that , but it was worth it. Had fun with it and looking forward to many more game time with it among my friends.

I didn't get any discount. I brought it at Metrojaya PJ. My mom managed to acquire some vouchers so I got it at RM149. The previous price was around RM239... Anyway. The game is nice. Until today, i've only had two games with it, since my mom do not like to play the game and the only time i can have a game is when my friends come over. ;D I have not created any special themed rules. Do you have any that can be of use?

I have not created any special themed rules. Do you have any that can be of use? I was wondering whether the game itself came with any Star Wars themed rules. In the case of Lord of the Ring Monopoly, themed rules included The One Ring which moves from start to finish at Mount Doom whenever a player rolls Sauron's Eye on the special die. That set a time limit to the game. Can't think of what Star Wars themed rules could involve so like to know if the Monopoly developers came up with something...

There is one special rule. (Optional)
It's called the Force is with you rule
If you roll doubles, you move your token as usual and are subject to any privileges or penalties pertaining to the space on which you land. After completing your move, you then have two options: you may roll the dice again (just like in the classic game) OR you may use the Force powers based on your doubles roll.
Double 1's Jump to hyperspace and move your token to any space. Double 2's Jedi mind trick. Collect 200 republic credits from the bank. Double 3's Blockade. Collect 50 Republic Credits from every player. Double 4's Use the force. Get a Jedi card Double 5's Use the force. get a Sith card Double 6's Attack to control another players property. It is just like risk, when you want to take over your enemy's territory by using the dice. Except that you don't have any armies and you only use the two dice's given. One for each player involved. Note : That you can't take another player's property if he owned all of the properties in that color group.
That is the rule. I am not sure if it has been used in any of the previous SW monopoly's.

Yes, that's what I meant about optional Star Wars themed rules. Sounds interesting... maybe worth if can find cheap...
