Fellow PC game enthusiasts, here are screenshots of the upcoming expansion to the 2006 Star Wars RTS game Empire at War. Feast yourselves upon the images of Star Wars Empire At War: Forces of Corruption. The Imperial Fleet opens fire at (believe it or not) an Eclipse Super Star Destroyer. A Turbotank seen from Episode 3. As the new corrupted faction featured in the expansion, you will be able to control this new unit, as well as Droideka's. A new hero for the new corrupted faction featuring a Lightwhip as a weapon. A space battle between the Empire, the Rebels and the underworld faction.

i just started on Empire At War eventhough i'm 6 months late for it. but i like this game lots. it seems to have combined some of the best elements of Rebellion and Galactic Battlegrounds. almost done with the Alliance campaign. looking at Force of Corruption screenshots, i'm most certainly getting it when it comes out.

Well... Forces of corruption just came out on our local shelves about two weeks ago. So you are not really too late, rather you are just in time. Forces of corruption has actually take the game up to another level with the new faction: The Zann Consortium. The "corrupted" side had a really different way of collecting its resources. It corrupts a planet to gain the resources necessary, so you can avoid any confrontation with any enemy forces in that particular planet. What's even better is that you can spy on the enemy forces on that planet for as long as that planet is corrupted. The corruption of a planet can only be removed by certain heroes from the Empire & the rebellion i.e. Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader. The Zann Consortium is able to move fleets across enemy planets through the use of bribery. The farther the planet, the higher the amount of bribe is used. Furthermore the corrupted campaign will bring you to the underworld side of the galaxy where you will deal with Jabba the hut, the Empire and the Rebellion. The final mission of the campaign will have you pitted against the Empire and eventually the Rebellion for something of immense power. Anyway, the campaign ends in a cliffhanger so there will probably be another Empire At War expansion around the corner. Who knows what else these guys will come up with.

Whoa! Nice screenshots!
But if this is what I think it is, my PC won't be able to handle the graphics since it has only enough to play Myth (at that time, it was the best! Ha ha ha ha)

Yes. The game is Ori Mr Engineer.
Master Plo, I guess I can bring it over the next time you come around during the school holidays, as I may also be going back to Sabah around the same time you are leaving.
