It's on from today!
Wouldn't call it serious sci-fi. More feel-good animation.
Also on in Digi IMAX. Does anyone know whether the IMAX version is in 3D?
Going to make a group booking for 5pm at Berjaya Times Square. Anyone interested in joining LMK and turn-up at the cinemas by 4.30pm. First confirm, first serve with tickets.

Do report back if ROTS Trailer is with this movie over there. It doesn't seems to be the case here from the reports I get so far, as usual.

2D not worth paying extra then... just settle for normal cinema hall.
I've got the 5pm booking and GSC Times Square. LMK if you want it.

It's very up to date with the current music. I LOVE it!! It's so darn hilarious! And I love Fender and all the different accents he could do!

Kekekeke...
Actually, I had watched this during a charity show, one week before its opening week. After watching this movie, I would say its enjoyable and fun but nowhere better than any other animated feature.
There is some sci-fi element in this film. Its fun how they use mechanism to transport robots around the Robot City, the different types of Robots and how futuristic it is.
Basically, its even much better than Ice Age, which was dull and not really appealing. Robots is a big change and although I would give a 3 & 1/2 out of 5 star, its still worth the ticket to watch this animated movie.

i got around to watching this on IMAX... woooooot!!!
While unfortunately there wasn't much in the audio spectrum to really show off IMAX's 12K surround system, but visually, i've never seen anything so clean, crisp & clear!!! The images was just stunning... in short, if you DO watch it on IMAX, be prepared to be visually numb, once it's all over... you'll get a visual overload...
watching movies is never gonna be the same for me again!!! ;D
