Caught an early preview last Friday. As a friend mentioned, very 'British humour'. Die hard Hitchhiker fans have another chance to catch this movie at another special charity preview organised by Lions Club this Sunday 12 June 2005, 12pm at GSC Midvalley. Tickets priced at RM20 with proceeds going to Hospis. Sorry for late notice, forum offline. Enjoy!

Im a big Douglas Adams fan, Ive even read his documentary book about extinct animals -he's a fine, fine writer and will be missed.
The movie... sorta ok only. But then we all know how hard it is to translate epic tales into 2-3 hour movies, with the studios going money-money-money behind the scenes - like stuffing an elephant into a diamond thong.
I had always imagined Hugh Laurie as Arthur Dent.
