The final book and the title has been released in JK Rowling's website but she's not making it easy. You have to solve some puzzles and jump through a couple of hoops to get the answer.
And the title of book 7 is (spoilered so if you dont want to know, DON'T highlight the space below): HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY FOLLOWS
Whadaya think? I think it sounds a bit corny but then again the book's not targeted at me (a 33-year old guy) ;D The only reason I'm reading is because I already read the first 6 books. Might as well finish it

Alright!! Finally... The title is revealed! Oh and the first letter of the last word is suppose to be H and not F. The following letter should also be A and not O. Making it
Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows
Anyways, the title sounds a bit... um... crappy? Of all the titles to choose and she comes up with this. But it's not at all that bad.

Hi guys, I nearly didn't see the black colour wording. I've seen the title in the star paper recently, it said that Harry Potter might die but I guest it is not confirm yet. I've read all the 6 books too, I found myself hooked after reading the first book. It seems that this is the last book, but JK Rowling hasn't decided whether to end the book or not. Looking forward to get the new book. ;D

Jaden, There is a very interesting premise: As HP is a part of Voldemort and vice-versa, i remember reading somewhere where, if he kills Voldermort, he kills himself as well... Unless of course "love" keeps him alive???

Arrgh! Sily me. Yup, it's Hallows not Follows. Should have previewed.
The title is a bit...erm, weird. But isn't his birthday on the 31st of July? So that means he was conceived in 31st October. He's a Halloween baby. Maybe that's what the title means. Something to do with Halloween?
I don't know.

Unless of course "love" keeps him alive??? Yeah, I remember in the order of the phoenix, Harry could dream/ visualize what Voldermort is doing, so does Voldermort, it seems they are connected and finally Voldermort possessed him, hoping that Dumbledore could kill Harry to get rid of Voldermort, but somewhat Harry wish to die and he survived it . Further, I recall Prof. Trelawley's prophecy said that Harry ' will have power that the Dark Lord knows not.....and either must die at the hand of the other for neither one can live while the other survive '. I wonder what power Harry has other than 'love'. I wonder how it will end or continue, will Harry kill Voldermort and survive and live happily everafter with Ron's sister or will it end like the Matrix(last scene of Neo). ;D

I don't know. Hallows may also mean a saint or someone holy. As for deathly... it can either mean resembling or characteristic of death or causing death. So Deathly Hallows may mean "To cause death to a saint (?)" Interesting... I'll leave this for all of you to ponder.

HP a saint??? yeah... right! Personally, am torned between having a 'happily ever after" ending or one that would truly show the power of good over evil... that comes with a heavy price! Personally, I think he'll die. Going by Trelawney's prophecy as stated above... Unless she can wiggle herself out of that one...

I'm betting Ron Weasly dies in this book. Dies a hero helping Harry of course but still dies.
