www.r2d2central.com/article.asp?i=93504Oh sweet heave!!! It's remote-controlled!! It lights up!! It makes sounds and beeps!!! More importantly, it's almost 3"3/4!!!!! A must-have!!!!! It should be around RM80. Cancelling my plan of getting a Mustafar R2-D2 and get this instead. ;D

Eeerrrrrrr...its only 2.5" tall...
it'll either get stuck under a chair or get squashed by a nephew running across the living room...he he he ;D
I still prefer the bigger remote control R2D2 that came out long time ago...
This one's good for its resale value though...

Hey (Sleepyhead) Kakitidur, I do have 3 of these R2s. This is a lot cooler. When it first comes out, it was like $125 and then drop down to $50. It is a collecter items now.

omg...at first, a real life-size stormtrooper and now a very big R2-D2. Is it up to scale?
Looks nifty..heheh
My student budget only allows me to get something as small as Tomy's....teehee.

No...these are not full scale. They are about 18". The cool part about it is that it is interactive. They response to you command.
They have this list of commands and R2 will response accordingly. Really neat stuff.
