fan ? the probably means every single person who spent much of their childhood ( or teens for the older ones ) in the 80s. in other words, that includes me.
how did it go again ? magic meets technology ? technomages ? utter some poetic words to conjuer up their creature symbols ? rocks. and did you notice that the distinct voice actors of the 80s are just all over this series ( and other series for that matter ). do you recognise the voice of Starscream ?
ok, so i have to tvrip. but dvd wins hands down.

Hi Mate, David from New Caledonia, long time no see? I love visionnaries, even had their big triangular spaceship. The toys were great. You have the DVD is it? Might order that one day. I also remember • SILVERHAWK • GIJOE • GALAXY RANGERS (Closest thing to STAR WARS) • SPIRAL ZONE • DEFENDERS OF THE EARTH • MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE (I got the film with Dolph Lundgren) • JAYCE • CITIES OF GOLD • STARCOM • MASK. If you're a big fan of GIJOE check my collection of GIJOE Widevision movie card I designed and painted myself: GIJOE WIDEVISION TRADING CARDS www.geocities.com/thundercatsunique/art_gijoe_guivant.html Hope you'll enjoy the work. Cheers. Dave

Cool guys... I really enjoyed the short-lived Visionaries... I din know they had the DVD out... is it the whole season? How long did the series last anyhow? I actually have been trying to download it but to no avail! Here is a few more series thats not on ur list David, that I re-call from the nostalgic 80's • Sky Commanders • Centurions • Mospeda • Thunder Cats • Saber Rider & The Star Sheriffs I was really drawn into the world of Visionaries when I first watched it. The poetry & fantasy & powers were just great. It was a big contrast to all the Sci-Fi / War-shooting theme that were so popular at that time. I wasn't old enough to demand the toys from my parents but fishyahoo, I really gotta hold those toys u have in my hands to see them... the best I could do was to draw the Visionaries... their staffs & write down the rhymes. I really like Spiral Zone too... it was pretty dark for a cartoon series in that era... it just got annoying that there wasn't an ending every episode heheh Centurions also was a BIG favourite of mine Anyone know if there is a DVD out there? I used to tape all the episodes.... on Betamax format... now its like deadwood coz the format is obsolete. David - Galaxy Rangers sound familiar... can u describe it?

I used to tape all the episodes.... on Betamax format... now its like deadwood coz the format is obsolete. They only have 1 season and it was cancelled after 13 episodes. So the DVD has ALL 13 episodes. I have been trying to locate Centurions too. But I don't think it'll be out on DVD anytime soon. I do have Saber Rider, but it's only for the 1st 4 episodes...
