The trailer is out: www.fantasticfourmovie.comLooks to be good, hopefully will be (Elektra has a great trailer, but movie-wise so-so). Read some of the FF comics in the early 1990s and did like the series but got distracted with all the X-titles. Read there was a B-grade movie filmed some 10 years back but it was never released. Could it really be that bad? Anyone remember Captain America the movie?

Anyone remember Captain America the movie? I can remember two TV movies featuring Captain America in the early 80s... he was played by J.D. Salinger's son or something. I saw the FF trailer earier this week. It looked awesome. But I think they changed the mythos a bit, having Victor Von Doom as one of the people that got bombarded with the cosmic rays that gave FF their powers.

Fantastic Four is fantasy ? hmm..
well not a big fan of FF, but being comicbook and all, i did have an interest in it. the trailer was a little weird when it started off. "5 people will be changed". Like huh ? I thought there was 4. So it looks like Doom's powers will be from the cosmic rays too. Is it cosmic rays this time ? anyway, it looks promising.

Fantastic Four is fantasy ? hmm.. Well, could be sci-fi too but thought then again I think most comic books characters with super-powers really have no serious basis for having them. Hence, Spider-man, Ghost Rider, Daredevil, Hellboy, etc. could all be consistently categorised as fantasy.

Is this the one where he put his shield infront of his verrrry slooww bike right? Yeeessss.... exactly. And, yes, comics are also categorized under Fantasy in another board I regularly visit.

well, in Ultimate Fantastic Four (the newest and most interesting version yet) comic books, Victor Von Doom was a friend of Reed (well, not actually FRIEND, they argue about who's right and wrong but yeah, i call that, being close...) and was also affected when the rays or stuff from N-Zone affected them 5.
Reed Richards - WATER (it's logical i tell you, you can go check the comic book theory.) Sue Storm - AIR Johnny Storm - FIRE BEN GRIMM - EARTH DOOM - IRON?
blablabla.
