This is Mark Hamill's Joker. He's pretty good at it. They also used his voice in flashbacks in the Birds of Prey TV series, starring Dina Meyer.

still think that that movie had better gun-fu scenes than the matrix, but that's just my personal opinion Yup. I've gotta agree with you too. The gun-fu was definitely awesome. I haven't seen the Machinist yet. Not in the mood to see a serious, mind provoking flick yet. Or maybe the storyline in that movie is hitting a little too close to home. This is Mark Hamill's Joker. He's pretty good at it. They also used his voice in flashbacks in the Birds of Prey TV series, starring Dina Meyer. I must agree that Mark Hamill's voice over for the Joker is exellent. But I'm not too sure if he's gonna have the same impact in a live-action movie as the Joker. That's my 2 cents anyway. ;D

Mark Hamill. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! (although, rather appropriate, in a way... ;D)Jack's probably too old for the role by now. Can you just imagine Christian Bale KA Bats looking at Jack Nicholson KA The Joker and thinking "Geez, this geriatric ol' geezer is supposed to be the psychopath that's terrorizing Gotham?" ;D before promptly laying the smackdown on him and shoving his puny rear-end back into Arkham where he belongs ;D ;D I like Mark Hamill, though like D.Revan said, unsure as to how he'll come across live on film. Another name I've seen popping up is Sean Penn. Think he'd be okay for the role. Side note: Cillian Murphy was absolutely perfect as the Scarecrow, don't you agree? Someone somewhere has commented that he was too clean-cut for the role, but imho that simply enhanced his demented aura

one can never go wrong with Sean Penn. but word has it that he might not be so keen to take up a role which his best buddy Nicholson did and set up some comparison.
i'm also thinking that Penn isn't exactly very young himself, but could probably shave off some years with some make up. and we can't do the same for Hamil ? other names like Paul Bettany (Rusell Crowse's "sidekick" in two of his movies from A Beautiful Mind and Master and Commander) and Crispin Glover (Willard) aren't bad choices to me either.
