OK, so this isn't that much of a spoiler really. Just wanted to see what people thought of the ending and what they think would've happened next if they continued the series.

now exactly how did it end again ? i need my memory refreshed. after all, i watched it when i was only a kid.
think it was about the Chigs finally coming to a truce/surrender ? that they finally revealed themselves, only that the Earth forces found themselves rescuing their sworn enemy on another planet ? was it something like that ?

The ending was a classic... however most American viewers missed it because of Fox network's attempt to kill it by shuffling its schedule.
Of the Wildcards, only West and Hawkes survived to return home. Vansen & Damphousse were lost (with the latter badly injured the last we saw her), and Wang was killed.
Should have been an amazing cliffhanger except that Fox network cancelled it.

Poor Nathan finally got his girlfriend back but lost his buddies. Even the colonel lost a leg. And it may have been all because the Wild cards pitied the alien they met.

I secretly covet S:AAB as my mfav TV show, even above Trek....I thought it was amazing and Vansen was just HOT. Heh, so, I wish Fox hadn't been so stupid, like they are with so many good shows....no names of course *coughs, but ti sounds like "Firefly and Greg The Bunny"*
