Hi 501st Malaysia, My name is Frost151500, I am from the United States, so I am no where near the 501st Malaysian area. I am new to these forums and accidentally discovered a thread when searching for clone trooper armor, specifically episode 3 armor. For many years I have aspired to own my own storm trooper armor, yet when episode 3 was released i have been searching nonstop for the new clone trooper armor. Finally I found the thread Sith Lord posted about the armor from Singapore, that really made me think getting armor would be possible, for quality and cheap price. I really dont know what else to say but I am so excited to be here and find a good group of people who aspire similar interest like me (star wars armor and props), so thank you very much everyone, and I hope to learn a lot more of armor and everything. Thank you
Frost151500
Oh just forgot, my interest in scifi movies were mainly just star wars, not much sci-fi interested me except star wars because it was futuristic and never before done and all, I do also take some interest in the original star trek series, though never did watch all of it or keep track to whats going on. I also love lord of the rings, I own all 3 movies on DVD, and..does spiderman count as scifi? I would think so, if not thats ok.

Hello Frost 151500. Welcome aboard! I'm not much of an armor person as I find it quite a little too much for me at the moment, but I may be getting one in the future if all goes well. There are lots of people here who would love to share their experiences about their armor costumes. Oh, I'm not sure if Spiderman is a sci-fi but we do talk about it here Enjoy your stay here!

Hi Frosty, welcome to the forums. Hi to E-Wing, as well, or should I say, Your Majesty, Queen of the Americas.
Good old Spidey should be classified as contemporary fantasy, along with X-Men, Supes, Bats & their ilk. I'm a reformed comic geek and have waited many moons for the day when comicbook characters would leap off the pages onto the silver screen. And I'm not talking about the abhorrent Nicholas Hammond Spiderman movies & tv series. The Bill Bixby Hulk series was ok, but it had such a mournful closing theme song and played on Sunday nights long, long ago that I always remember it with a big dollop of sadness cause it meant school the next day. Sigh!
LOTR forever!! I played lots of AD&D in my wasted youth so LOTR came as a great vindication for me, especially since the only fantasy movies I could really love before were Willow, Conan & Hawk the Slayer.

Greetings, Frosty! I, too, have been drawn to the Dark Side... and if Master Plo's all lightsaber, I'm all IMPERIAL ROYAL GUARD! I'm also into armor, and perhaps we can exchange ideas on armor sometime?
