LOL! Whilst it is not screen accurate for a Stormie to hold a Rebel Blaster, I was actually thinking of carrying a STAR TREK Phaser for the 11 February 2007 trooping! How many Malaysians on Cineleisure on that day can tell the difference? ;D

However, it is screen accurate for Imperial Death Star Troopers to carry the DH-17 as their side arm. Here is Devin Cant one of the Death Star Troopers (on active duty in Death Star MkI's Detention Block AA 23) before being dealt a DEADLY Blow by the Captive Wookie

Hi Peter (and guys),

Looks like you had fun dressing up that day But the right shoulder-piece looks like it's gonna fall off anytime

Nice to have another to-be 501st member. But I'll be flying alone in a TIE Fighter zapping rebel pilots whilst you guys are on the ground.

I want more squadron mates! Heheh

Excellent observation James. I shan't worry about my Right Shoulder Bell as it is attached to the Chest Armor. I just need to reinforce the Industrial Velcro attachment to the Right Bicep Armor to hold it in place in future 501st MALAYSIA-BRUNEI OUTPOST troopings.

Well James if you WANT more TIE Fighter Squadron mates , you've got to Finish first your TIE Fighter Costume and initiate a recruitment Program for TIE Fighter Pilots in the 501st MALAYSIA-BRUNEI OUTPOST. ;D

Hmmm... Joining the 501st sounds interesting... Although I'm not a die-hard fan of SW, but I dig getting into (and parading) armour... Can anyone please provide me with the details as to how does one get 'recuited' into the 501st?

You can start by reading this section thoroughly:

501st : ARMORED Imperial, Sith and Bounty Hunter Costumes & Props

And then do all the research you can on the internet by going to the many sites that offer advise on how to make accurate costumes that'll be approved by the 501st Legion.

Then pick a costume of your choice, and then make/acquire that costume.

After that, you may apply to be inducted into the 501st Legion.
