And, due to the cheap price, I could sort of live with it... I know all of you won't let me off the hook on this one!!! Well, look on the bright side, whoever found my abandoned stuff down the basement, is either a very happy SW fan or can sell it to one! OR, maybe I can go back to that place and the stuff is still there!!!!haha (oops, gotta keep my identity, location etc. secret, for fear of being intercepted by Imperial forces to steal the lost treasure! Maybe I should quit this forum! haha)

...on the platform so that it's standing on it. Plus you could slot-in (I think three) background cards (actually, quite nice!) on the rim of each platform so to create a background drop (something like the photo studios do, except it's miniature scale). Aya, so hard to describe, I'll try to find web pix and post it here. ;D I believe that you must referring to the 1982 TESB DISPLAY ARENA STAND shown in this pics :

I was searching all over the web and only got the newer panorama displays which is not the one (similar, but NOT the ONE)!! haha...yeah, I remember the card with Lars and the Jawas very clearly...I remember I had that one and the card, The Death Star hangar card(with lotsa Stormies at attention), and either the Falcon/TIE battle scene or the cloud city(Millenium) scene(not too sure which one it was, but if I were threatened with a force-choke I'd say the Falcon/TIE fight scene)...but I sure didn't have the Garbage compactor scene, the Hoth attack scene and the C3-PO/R2 etc. looking out the window scene...hehe. Is it from your private collection? Seems like the pix are privately taken and not from some official site/catalog...
