There're hundreds and thousands of web pages out there on how to make you own lightsaber, hardware or otherwise...just spend a bit of time each day and do some research. Google it and you'll most probably find what you're looking for.
The thing is, are you willing to invest on equipment and time to master the skills required to make the sabers? It is not as simple as buying some parts from the hardware store and joining them together. Some of the parts might need to be modified so that they look better, or so that they are not immediately recognised as a hardware part.
Here's my first attempt at a hardware saber. Apart from the clamp(the shinier part in the middle with 2 square holes and a protrution) the rest are all hardware parts, some of which have been modified...its still incomplete as I can't decide what to use as a pommel...
