FYI Admiral Ozzel had already been choked to death by Darth Vader using the Dark Side of the Force when this scene took place in THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.

The closest I got is that the Star Destroyer might be the Entor and I have no idea who the ship's CO is.

EXCELLENT Hisham. However, Entor is not part of the Death Squadron of Star Destroyers that Darth Vader was commanding at that point in time during THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.
