This thread specifically applies to the CommPad accessory worn on the Left Sleeve of the Black Jumpsuit worn by these 2 specific approved costume categories in the 501st LEGION :
Imperial TIE FIGHTER PILOTS (TI)
IMPERIAL CREWMEN/ TECHNICIANS (IC)
It appears that from the info I've posted earlier on 25 June 2007 :
STAR WARS EPISODE VI : RETURN OF THE JEDI
Scene : Darth Vader's pays an unexpected visit to the incomplete Second Death Star
These Imperial Deck Crewmen can be seen standing to rigid attention on both Left and Right rows as Moff Jerjerrod nervously makes his way to greet Darth Vader who has just arrived.
It can also be said that these Black Uniformed Imperial Deck Crewmen might be wearing the costumes of the IMPERIAL TIE FIGHTER PILOTS in RETURN OF THE JEDI, especially this IMPORTANT Common Factor - the COMMPAD. Going on this basis, I have BLEW UP the COMMPAD accessory that is seen on the Left Sleeves of these Black Jumpsuited Imperial Deck Crewmen from
from the 1st Screen Shot :
and from the 2nd Screen Shot :
to get a enlarged view of the COMMPAD. Although the pics can't be brought to crystal clearness as I would like to, the COLORS on this screen used COMMPAD prop could be used as a comparison of the accuracy of colors used in this COMMPAD template provided by Targ, the JRS Detachment Leader :
...and for the benefit of our friend,Julian, again here is the simplified list of the 501st LEGION's STAR WARS Episode VI Type : IMPERIAL DECK CREWMAN Costume Requirements :
