Dear Sir,
We are pleased to announce that your First Contact Mark IX Science Tricorder, order number 100XXX, is scheduled to be en route to the U.S. from our manufacturing partner in Asia on January 30. Barring any shipping or customs delays, we anticipate to start shipping the Tricorders the week of February 15. We will update you if there are any unexpected changes to this schedule.
If you are considering our lay-away plan, please e-mail us at tricorderlayaway@efxcollectibles.com and we will send to you the credit card layaway agreement. Note: Your credit card will not be charged until the Tricorders are in stock and ready to ship.
