hmm good question. here's my take.

you'll also notice Dooku isn't in the poster, even though Christopher Lee is credited. so no Dooku, no Grievous. i think the reason will be that they both do not have that much screentime. that is, they get killed off.

This is what happens to characters that are killed off early (?) in the movie. Heheh but at a FAMILIAR FACE is there on the Bottom Right Corner of this poster. ;D
