Remember the Jedis in the SW universe they are not humans. Yes, difficult I know, since they look human, behave like human and are human in every way, but they're NOT human, so they might not NEED love to procreate. They may be able to procreate for the sake of procreating... Maybe I read more into it than you meant.  But your statement kinda implied to me that since Jedi aren't human, they may not need love to procreate. So the reverse means humans need love to procreate... hence the contradiction. ;D |

In fact cases of marriage of convenience, and even marriage of conspiracy, is rampant among humans, so the same can be done by beings on other planets...
