Does anyone know the names of all the Nine? I'm quite sure one of them is named Murazor... what about the others? If anyone has the corresponding sourcebook for the old 80s' Middle Earth Role Playing (MERP) books by Iron Crown Enterprise are they listed there?

I got the "list" from the Decipher Cards ( i.e. Movie Based) tho' that of Khamûl ( aka Ringwraith No. 2 ;D ) doesn't match the card. Will post it after I find the list somewhere in my Blog entries as I listed it out months ago. EDIT:- Úlairë Nelya, Lieutenant of Morgul - Úlairë Enquëa, Lieutenant of Morgul - Úlairë Attëa, The Easterling - Úlairë Otsëa, Ringwraith in Twilight - Úlairë Lemenya, Lieutenant of Morgul - Úlairë Toldëa, Messenger of Morgul - Úlairë Cantëa, Lieutenant of Dol Guldur - Úlairë Nertëa, Ninth of the Nine Riders

Wow thanks. I did some digging and also turned up with here. So I guess I was wrong. Only Khamûl was named by Tolkien and the rest are created by other sources. I do have a way to reconcile the differences though: Decipher's list seem to be Quenya names, while the ICE names are from everywhere, including Númenórean, like Murazor. We could deduce that Noldor named Khamûl as Úlairë Nelya, et al, as opposed to the rest of Middle-Earth. Too bad Decipher lost the licence because of sitting on their a** too long with the material last year. I saw the RPG book at Popular Book in Ikano yesterday.

Haahaa, that you'll have to ask Reno.
I booked Ringwraith No. 2 in my LOTR Group but that was in the days before Reno made his Ringwraith costume (Dec 2003). And strangly, No. 2 is holding the Witchking Sword!

Regular Standed Issued Ringwraith Long Sword (Broadsword will be a shorter one as displayed at the LOTR Exhibition). « Last Edit: 01.03.2005 at 02:54:38 by Haldir » <br>
