Wahhh... I haven't been here for so long! Ichigo in casual clothes.  Hi Haya5hi, Long time didn't see you at the forum, glad you're still around. I like your doraemon clock its so cute ;D. Did you make the sports shoe for Ichigo, it looks real. |

Hey everybody, glad you like my little boy!^^ If anybody would like to meet him, the bjdasia LJ community is having a meetup (we call it a dollmeet) at the Outpost this Saturday from 11 till 6. I'm bringing Ichigo - and Rukia, who just arrived. (This is Rukia, isn't she just the cutest little firebrand?^__^)  yes, that is an unpainted Zangetsu she's holding. It's scaled for Ichigo:  Not sure if I can finish it in time for Saturday with the rainy weather we're having. Mr Engineer: Yes, this is a damn dangerous hobby to get into. To your wallet AND your soul.XD once you have the doll you automatically want little doll-size things for him... like I want to get Ichigo an awesome Joey Ramone guitar replica I saw on ebay...^^; Chakotay: Zero creativity on my part picking out the shoes... just dumb luck that they make keychains like that and in matched pairs.XD Plo: Real men DO play with dolls... they call them "action figures." ^__^ jadenlee: haha I WISH I could make shoes!! I could save so much money!!!XD I found those at Living Cabin as keychains, took the rings off, and voila! Doll shoes! |

Looking forward to see your next set of updated pictures of Rukia and the PAINTED Zangetsu. Yeah I agree with you the weather SUCKS BIG TIME these days with the heavy afternoon downpours  . What I can suggest is that you apply your paint in THIN LAYERS, one day at a time instead of a few thick layers at a go. This might do the trick given the heavier moisture content in the air.
So have you SHIFTED your 1:1 Cosplay Hobby to collecting/customizing Asian Ball Jointed Anime themed Dolls for good, now that you're busy with your new job.
